REGOLAMENTO
Le lezioni
avranno luogo presso alcuni storici e suggestivi siti di Cala Reale
e Cala d’Oliva (Isola dell’Asinara). Saranno rilasciati attestati di
frequenza a tutti coloro che avranno frequentato il corso per
intero. Agli allievi che si saranno particolarmente distinti,
saranno attribuiti Diplomi di Merito. Per il corso di canto lirico, che prevede ad integrazione dello stesso un seminario sulla valenza drammatica del recitativo, i candidati faranno conoscere tempestivamente su quali brani desiderano incentrare il proprio studio; ogni aria presentata (in tre copie), deve essere comprensiva del recitativo che la precede, ove esistente. È gradito l'invio da parte dei candidati (anche via e.mail) di un file audio o video o di un DVD contenente uno o più brani da loro eseguiti. Per i minori che frequentano il laboratorio orchestrale, saranno presenti un educatore e due animatrici che garantiranno la sorveglianza dei ragazzi sia di giorno che di notte, durante tutte le attività di studio e ludico-sportive. Gli allievi del corso di violino, al di sotto dei 16 anni, potranno frequentare gratuitamente il laboratorio orchestrale che si terrà nello stesso periodo. Ogni corso
per essere attivato dovrà avere un numero minimo di iscritti; se
tale soglia non verrà raggiunta, l’Ente organizzatore potrà
annullare il Corso stesso avvisando tempestivamente e restituendo
agli interessati tutte le somme già versate.

La
causale dovrà essere: Musica e Natura all’Asinara (specificando
nome dell'allievo e corso da frequentare). I corsi avranno
inizio Martedì 18 agosto e poi secondo calendario. Non essendo
possibile sull’isola l’utilizzo di mezzi privati, tutti i
partecipanti dovranno presentarsi, muniti del proprio bagaglio, al
porto di Porto Torres il 18, il 24 e il 26 entro le ore 11.30,
presso il punto d’imbarco del traghetto per l’Asinara. L’arrivo è
previsto dopo circa un’ora e mezza di navigazione; dopo aver
raggiunto Cala Reale e, secondo le indicazioni della segreteria
dell’Associazione, aver preso possesso dell’alloggio, si terrà il
primo incontro con i vari docenti.
IMPORTANTE: si dovrà provvedere a portare tutta la biancheria personale (lenzuola, accappatoi, asciugamani e quant’altro) ed eventuali medicinali. Sull’isola non ci sono attività commerciali.
Essendoci un numero limitato di posti, è necessario contattare per
tempo l’Associazione, che darà priorità alle richieste degli
allievi effettivi in base all’ordine di arrivo.

The courses are open to Italian and foreign citizens without age limits. Entry to the Island will be permitted only after on presentation of a special membership card to be issued, on completion of requirements, by the Association’s secretary, the day before the course begins. Students are required to bring their own scores regarding the repertoire that they wish to study in detail during the course (plus a copy for the piano accompanyist ) and also provide a music-stand for personal studies.
Lessons will be held on Asinara Island in the beautiful old locations of Cala Reale and Cala d’Oliva.Students attending the whole course will receive a certificate or , where they do particularly well, a Diploma of Merit. Students are required to bring their own scores regarding the repertoire that they wish to study in detail during the course (plus a copy for the piano accompanyist ) and also provide a music-stand for personal studies. Workshops will be accompanied by concerts in which the most promising students will take part. The course of CANTO offers a supplementary RECITATIVE WORKSHOP on the value of dramatic recitative; each candidate must promptly communicate the choice of pieces on which he/she wishes to concentrate for the course, and must send in three copies of the arias (and any preceding recitative). It would be highly appreciated if singers could dispatch or e-mail audio or video files or send CDs or DVDs with examples of their performances. For pupils under 16 years of age, the presence of one teacher and two assistants will be guaranteed to ensure their safety, both day and night, during workshops and leisure activities. Pupils of the violin, aged under 16, will be able to attend the orchestra workshop to be held over the same period without any extra charge. Classes will be organised only if a minimum number of participants is reached. Failure to reach such a number will cause the course to be cancelled and the organisers will proceed to inform applicants forthwith and to return all sums paid in advance. The application form, which can be downloaded from Internet, and proof of payment of the admission fee must be sent or e-mailed to info@musicandoinsieme.org) no later than JULY 10th 2009. After this date students will only be accepted according to the availability of places. The admission fee must be paid within the indicated deadline, while the balance of the attendance fee must be paid to the course manager on the first day of lessons. No application will be taken into consideration unless the €200 deposit has been paid; this will not be reimbursed on cancellation. The chamber music course under the direction of Maestro Massimo Paris and Maestro Pier Narciso Nasi is for existing groups only. Enrolment is for the entire duration of the courses and there is no partial enrolment or reduction in fees.

No private transport is permitted on the island such that participants will be required to meet up, with their luggage, at the port of Porto Torres on the 18th, 24th or 26th by 11.30, a.m. At the embarcation point for the Asinara ferry. The voyage takes about one and a half hours. On reaching Cala Reale, participants will be alloted accommodation by the Association Secretary and then will meet up with the various teachers.. Return transport between the port of Torres and Cala Reale and return, (departure at 10.0 a.m. from Cala Reale on the 26th and 27th and 30th) is included in the overall cost.
STAY The established fee includes full-board (from the evening meal on the first day to breakfast on the day of departure) and accommodation in shared rooms (4-6-8 beds each).
IMPORTANT: all guests HAVE TO BRING ALL PERSONAL LINEN (sheets, bath robe, towels etc ) and any necessary medicines as there is no pharmacy and there are no shops on the Island. Because of the limited number of places available, application must be punctual and the Association will give priority according to the order of arrival of the registration form.
